Shipping policy
Processing Time All products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful's global fulfillment network. Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 2–7 business days after purchase. EU and French orders are fulfilled from Printful's European fulfillment centers, so processing times are comparable to US orders. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
United States:
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment (where available)
Europe (France & EU):
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays or high demand periods. Because EU orders are fulfilled within Europe, no customs delays apply for EU customers.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Duties & Taxes For EU orders, prices include applicable VAT. There are no additional customs duties for EU customers as orders are fulfilled within the EU. US customers are not subject to import duties.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at connect@duhmatriarchy.com. We'll work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
